Considering that on the option being asked although the petitioner has preferred the Road Construction Department but in order to maintain the strength and balance between the department that the respondents has chosen to accept his second option and whereupon he has been allotted the Building Construction Department as explained by the respondent, Secretary in paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit, no cause for indulgence is made out.
The writ petition is dismissed.
