The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 404 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this application on merits and he submits that he will file an application for bail in the trial Court before the Special Judge after the girl is examined in the session trial. If the victim girl does not support the prosecution case, the petitioner will be released on bail. If the victim girl supports the prosecution case, the Special Judge will pass an order in
