JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Mr. Abbas Haider, learned Standing Counsel-16 submits that the petitioner endeavours to question the voter list prepared for election to the Primary Agriculture Credit Co-operative Society, Malmal North within Kaluahi Block in the district of Madhubani, which after the election held in 2014 has not only been rendered academic but even on locus, the petitioner does not explain as to how the voter list has prejudiced him. The writ petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing the voter list of the Cooperative Society for an election which took place in the year 2014. By passage of time the issue
Patna High Court CWJC No.16053 of 2014 (2) dt.14-12-2015 has been rendered academic and as rightly submitted by Mr. Abbas Haider, it can only be a person prejudiced by such voter list who can raise any such issue before the appropriate forum. Not finding substance in the writ petition for indulgence, the same is disposed of.
