====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Priya Saran Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 17.06.2018 in connection with Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 504/ 506/ 447/ 385/ 387/ 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that though alleged occurrence had taken place on 10.06.2018, without any plausible explanation F.I.R. was lodged on 16.06.2018. He further submits that petitioner has falsely been framed as accused in the present case. However, on perusal of the statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition it is

No.48233 of 2018(2) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 evident that petitioner is accused in at least three cases besides the present case as well as considering the nature of accusation, I am of the opinion that there is no need to pass favourable order.
