2. The petitioners have moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) To issue a Writ(s) MANDMUS in nature directing the respondents to include the name of petitioners in the list of seniority of "Senior Selection Grade".

(ii) Further to issue writ MANDMUS in nature directing the respondents to make payment of difference arrears of payments which would arise after adding the name of petitioners in seniority list of Senior Selection Grade.

(iv) To any other relief(S) for which

Patna High Court CWJC No.15445 of 2016 dt.31-08-2017 2/2 petitioners are entitled for in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move before the appropriate Authority in the matter.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

6. If the petitioners move before the competent and appropriate Authority in the matter, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, latest within two months from the date of filing such representation.
