The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2014 mainly for the reason that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. No other material has come during investigation against the petitioner; rather the material is that the deceased was also having criminal background.

Case No.42 of 2002, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
