The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the police having received information that some miscreants have gathered in the mango orchard and were planning to commit some crime. The police raided the said place and arrested the accused persons and recovered arms and 10 Kg of ganja, however, so far as the petitioner is concerned, two live cartridges were recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19380 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 and is languishing in custody since 25.10.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018.
