Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this is an application for issuance a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 26.11.2013 and also order dated 21.12.2016 passed by the District Programme Officer, Samastipur and/or in alternative to direct the Collector, Samastipur to consider and disposed of the appeal no. 47 of 2007 filed on 21.03.2017 before him against the order of the District Programming

Patna High Court CWJC No.6711 of 2020 dt.20-12-2021 2/2 Officer, Samastipur further for direction to the respondents to cancel the selection of the respondents No. 5 as Anganbari Sevika of Anganbari Centre No. 230 village Khadiahi, Block- Bibhutipur, District- Muzaffarpur."

Petitioners grievance against the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Samastipur is pending consideration before the Collector, Samastipur in Appeal No. 47 of 2017, stated to have been presented on 21.03.2017. The Collector, Samastipur is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's Appeal No. 47 of 2017 after due notice to Respondent No. 5.

The appellate authority is hereby directed to pass speaking order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the respective parties within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
