Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she bitterly assaulted to her mother-in-law, as result whereof, the victim committed suicide by setting herself on fire. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case diary would reveal that the witnesses have not supported the allegation against the petitioner that she assaulted to her mother-in-law rather they have stated that the victim was a

Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chakmahesi Police Station Case No.09 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
