JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 24-02-2022 The petitioner is raising election dispute for the post of Chairman of the PACS, Gomhar in the district of Nalanda. Such election dispute could have been raised by the petitioner by approaching a competent authority which he has not done. We are not inclined to entertain this writ application considering the nature of dispute raised by the petitioner.
