2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.8759 of 2021 dt.05-07-2023 2/2 petitioner informs that the substantial amount on account of retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner. However, on account of delayed payment as well as interest on group insurance, he seeks permission to file a detailed representation before the competent authority.
3. In view of the above submission, the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra is directed to consider the representation, if any, filed by the petitioner and take appropriate decision for payment of admissible dues amount to the petitioner within a period of six weeks.
4. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
