The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,379,504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that initially co accused Jagdambi Yadav and Teni Gope started abusing and assaulting the informant and his cousin brother when the informant and his cousin brother started to escape then co accused Santu Gope and Krishna Gope took out gold chain and mobile. No.31266 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 brother reached near the house of Dukhan Paswan and was narrating the occurrence, the petitioner came and resorted to fire causing injury to the nephew of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the nephew of the informant received superficial and lacerated injury caused by hard and blunt substance. There is counter version of the occurrence.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Chandi (Wena) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nalanda. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
