Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gopalganj Excise P.S. Case No. 85 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 24.01.2023 and there is a recovery of 86.4 liters foreign liquor.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18526 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV-CumExclusive Special Excise Court-II, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Excise P.S.
