According to Mr. K.K. Sinha learned counsel appearing for the State Health Society, it shall be the Executive Director, who is competent to consider any such prayer.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to file their respective representation before the Executive Director with supportive details and who shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within three months from the date of filing of such representation.
