Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.191 of 2017, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR, there is specific allegation against four named accused persons, the petitioner is shown as a charge-sheet witness, only on the basis of note in the supervision report, he has been made accused, petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2017 and he has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, Manjeet Singh @ Manjeet Kumar @ Manjit Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61164 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.191 of 2017.
