JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation of recovery of 32 liters of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioners.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners no.1 and 2 are sons of petitioner no.3 and they have no criminal antecedent and they are ready to abide by the conditions imposed upon them.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
