JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-01-2016 Keeping in mind the position indicated by respondent no.4 with regard to the steps taken for putting in place the Research Cadre Rules, writ application is disposed of with a clear and categorical direction to the powers that be that the said rule should be in place within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

Such a direction has been issued in specifics in view of the fact that assurance was given to this Court in this regard in the year 2006 and only 10 years have gone past since that assurance without any action.
