2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:
"1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or directions (s) for quashing of the order dated 09.12.2019 issued vide memo no.
1586 by the Respondent no. 4 by which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected in
Patna High Court CWJC No.6712 of 2020 dt.20-12-2021 2/2 respect of the selection of the Respondent no. 8 as Anganwari Sevika of Ward No. 12 of Gram Panchayat Suryapura Block Suryapura within the District of Rohtas at Sasaram on the bass of fraudulent document b suppressing the earlier date of birth and further direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner accordingly."
3. The petitioner has not exhausted the remedy of statutory appeal before the appellate authority. Thus, present petition is pre-mature.
4. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal before the appellate authority. The appellate authority is hereby directed to take note of Section 14 of the Limitation Act for the purpose of condonation of delay in presenting the appeal. Petitioner's appeal to be filed shall be considered and disposed of after due opportunity to the respondent no. 8 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of petitioner's memorandum of appeal.
