====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-08-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody seeks bail in Sabour PS Case No. 12 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the IPC. Accusation is that some unknown miscreants stopped an auto rickshaw and looted cash and mobile of the passengers. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, only on the basis of disclosure of petitioner's name by another co-accused he has been implicated in this case, however this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Biru Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 10, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour PS Case No. 12 of 2017.
