Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in para 14 with regard to date of custody. He is permitted to do so.

Petitioner seeks bail in Goraul P.S. Case No.333 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 498-A, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is already in custody.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, who is in custody since 15.10.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
