The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, six named accused persons including the petitioner allured the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The daughter of the informant returned and her statement was recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has not even named the petitioner. The allegation levelled by her is against Pallavi, Milki Singh, Aryan Singh and the main allegation is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28120 of 2021(3) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 against one Azad Mian. The petitioner is in custody since 9.10.2019 and has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case specially the contents of the statement of the daughter of the informant under section 164 Cr.P.C., the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bagha Mahila P.S. Case no.44 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Bagha, West Champaran.
