JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents concerned to make payment of due salary to the petitioner for which he is entitled to and without any valid reason the same is not being paid to the petitioner."
The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that most of the outstanding amount of salary of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.16232 of 2014(2) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 has already been paid during the interregnum period, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by approaching the respondent-authorities. Liberty so sought is granted.
The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
