2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366 A of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Chanda Devi alleged that on 20.05.2024 at around 7 PM. all

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17448 of 2025(3) dt.09-07-2025 2/3 F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped her minor daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage and subsequently got her married.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. As a matter of fact, informant wanted to marry her daughter with son of petitioner for which she pressurized the petitioner for several times but on refusal, this false and concocted case has been lodged against this petitioner and others. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P C has stated that no one has kidnapped her and she voluntarily left the house and did not allege anything wrong against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr. P C and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM I Udakishunganj Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj
