JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Hulasganj PS Case No. 24 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
Submission is that there is case and counter case between both sides and the occurrence is said to have been committed making accusation against the petitioners committing theft of wooden logs and only one injury over the head of Subodh is found grievous rest other injuries on him and other injured are simple in nature. The petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 2.11.2017.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Ravi Kumar, Pramod Kumar, Devendra Kumar and Satendra Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by each one of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj PS Case No. 24 of 2017.
