The license of the petitioner was cancelled which order has been sustained by the appellate authority. We are not inclined to entertain this petition for the simple reason that the petitioner has not exhausted his remedy of preferring a revision petition against the order of the appellate authority.

We therefore reject this petition with a direction that in case the petitioner files revision petition within a period of sixty

Patna High Court CWJC No.5191 of 2022 dt.01-07-2022 2/2 days, his application shall be considered on merits and after providing opportunity to the petitioner to represent his cause, a reasoned order shall be passed within a further period of sixty days.

With the aforestated observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
