JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed on merit vide order dated 13.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38449 of 2017.

It appears that petitioner's application has already been dismissed once on merit and there was direction to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial within a period of nine months and, therefore, there is no occasion for this court to consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner afresh.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 13.09.2017, prayer for bail of the petitioner is, accordingly, dismissed.
