2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 412 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner along with other co-accused was apprehended by the police and on search two live cartridges were recovered from their possession.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17543 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 rather general and omnibus in nature. Co-accused, namely, Bhajju Thakur has been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 06.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52803 of 2024. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 03.04.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid as well as the fact that the co-accused has been enlarged on bail by this Court, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuwa) P.S. Case No.82/24.
