JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 20-12-2017 Delay of 12 days in preferring the appeal is condoned. I.A. No.8566 of 2017 is allowed. Matter is thereafter heard on the merits.
Perused the order dated 27.09.2016, which is subject matter of appeal. The learned Single Judge has granted the maximum benefit to the appellant, which is permissible as an interim kind of compensation for the death which happened due to electrocution of the husband of the appellant. So far as enhanced compensation is concerned, the appellant has been given liberty to move appropriate forum for such compensation.
Patna High Court LPA No.2121 of 2016(6) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 Nothing further is required to be done in a writ jurisdiction. Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
