2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the relief prayed for in the present writ application, he may be permitted to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority').
3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.
4. In view thereof, writ petition stands disposed off with
Patna High Court CWJC No.15662 of 2016 (2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 liberty aforesaid.
5. If an appeal is filed before the Authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and in any case within four months from the date of its filing.
