2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2020 in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 for the alleged offences under Sections 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with total recovery of 1486.08 litres of liquor from two vehicles. The petitioner has no concern with the vehicles nor the goods recovered. The petitioner has not been arrested at the spot nor any recovery made from his conscious possession.

4. Learned APP appears and opposes the petition, submitting that a large quantity of liquor has been seized from the vehicles and the petitioner is accused in as many as six prior cases of similar nature which shows that he is a habitual offender.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged, as also the petitioner's criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
