Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections-379, 385 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and there was land dispute between the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shankarpur P.S.
