Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.263 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he shot on the left leg of the informant causing firearm injury but there is no such firearm injury on the left leg rather the injury is on the right leg and that is attributed to another accused Nayeem Mistri and the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62776 of 2017 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2 /2 petitioner Md. Chand Miyan @ Chand Miyan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.263 of 2017.
