JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Taraiya PS case no. 181 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is regarding him engaging in assault and abuse of the prosecution side when the informant had gone to mediate and prevent the children from fighting amongst themselves.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent, is in custody since 09.07.2017 and the injuries that have been suffered by the informant and his elder brother are simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53367 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya PS case no. 181 of 2017.
