The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 17.2.2012 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Criminal Revision No.343 of 2011, by which he has upheld the order dated 3.9.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhagalpur in Nathnagar P.S. case No.133 of 2008, by which he has taken cognizance under Sections 409, 420 and 120B/34 I.P.C. Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
