The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1 For issuance of appropriate writ, order and directions to the respondent authorities to take initiative and comply their own proposal to construct a building for Anganbari Centre No. 25 in VillageKatwasa in Benipur Block, in the district of Darbhanga and also for giving a direction to the respondent to create the building over the proposed land within a specified

Considering the relief as sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to make a detailed application before the respondent no. 2 i.e., The District Magistrate, Darbhanga, within a period of one month from today. The respondent no. 2 i.e., The District Magistrate, Darbhanga, shall consider the application of the petitioner and pass a necessary direction/order to the concerned authority for redressal of grievance as raised by the petitioner preferably within a period of five months from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
