The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada (Town) Case No. 172 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 376, 379, 420, 306, 511/34 of the I.P.C.

The prosecution story is that the petitioner along with 7-8 persons have brutally assaulted the informant by means of lathi-danda and bricks because the petitioner had been removed by the informant from Videographer duty from the college. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being the neighbor of the boy who was expelled from the college and due to that reason, informant filed the present false case against the petitioner.It is further submitted that only one

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that that he has no criminal antecedent, as stated in para-3 of the petition. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Ajay Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Sudha/- U T
