All the retiral dues of the petitioner, admittedly, have already been paid to him but only grievance of the petitioner is that his pay scale was not properly fixed by the concerned department and for which he had filed several representations which are still pending.

In my view, the fixation of pay scale cannot be decided in this petition and, therefore, this petition stands disposed of giving direction to respondent No. 1 to pass appropriate and reasoned order on the representation dated 25.01.2016 filed by the petitioner regarding fixation of his pay scale within a month from
