JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No.253 of 2018 arising out of Karakat P.S. case No.12 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is the main assailant. A report was called for from the court below regarding the stage of trial. It has been reported that the case is fixed for statement of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of
