Without going into merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has approached to the District Magistrate, Siwan i.e., respondent No. 3 ventilating his grievance vide Appeal No. 379 of 2017-18, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to consider the said appeal and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.
