2. The petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 17.02.2014 passed in CWJC No.3582 of 2014 (Kailash Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar and others) requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. Second show cause has been filed on 24.06.2015 on behalf of opposite party no.2, Annexure-C whereof being an office order dated 29.01.2015 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order

Patna High Court MJC No.3546 of 2014 (7) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 3546 of 2014 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law if so advised.
