This is an application for bail in connection with Rajgir P.S.Case No. 156 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and there is allegation against him is of causing death to his daughter-in-law. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation against the petitioner and he being father-inlaw is aged 80 years and he is in custody since 21.8.2017. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.53334 of 2017 (3) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Rajgir P.S.Case No. 156 of 2017, subject to the following conditions : (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
