The petitioner filed this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 Lalit Yadav vide order dated 26.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7598 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no. 2 is an accused in Bisfi P.S. Case No. 189/2009 in which chargesheet was submitted against the opposite party no. 2 under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. This fact was concealed in the Anticipatory Bail Petition filed by the opposite party no. 2. Therefore, it is submitted that the order granting anticipatory bail to the opposite party no. 2 be cancelled. From perusal of the order dated 26.02.2015, it appears that the petitioner did not misuse the privilege of bail nor

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32256 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 committed any offence after being released on anticipatory bail. The case relates to filing of an affidavit for grant of Land Possession Certificate.

I do not find any merit in this petition for cancellation of bail. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
