This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Paharkatta P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 for offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation, in brief, is that villagers apprehended the petitioners and others while they were carrying the stolen motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks bail of the petitioners on the ground of parity as another co-accused, Anwar Alam @ Anwar, was granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 57471 of 2017 on 14.12.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on
