2. The present application has been filed for issuing a direction upon the respondents concerned to make respondent no.11, the then Block Development Officer, Punpun, Patna accused in Gaurichak P.S. case No.597 of 2022, registered for the offence under Section 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.558 of 2024(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 and for any other reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to.
3. In my opinion, this is a mala fide writ at the instance of the petitioner which cannot be entertained. Accordingly, it stands dismissed.
