Petitioners are in custody in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 06/19 for the offence under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 17.640 liters of liquor was seized. The petitioners are in custody since 6.1.2019. Learned counsel submits that only on suspicion
