JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 In this case the bail application of the petitioner was allowed vide Cr. Misc. No. 45767 of 2022 on 02.01.2023. However, now Cr. Misc. No. 23080 of 2023 has been filed stating that the petitioner being away to Punjab, he could not surrender within a time frame. He further submits that for the inconvenience caused, on his own, deposited Rs. 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. Considering the aforesaid fact the Cr. Misc. No. 23080 of 2023 is allowed and the time for surrender is extended by further four weeks from today subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. Accordingly, the modification application stands
