The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation of assault against the accused persons. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Bhuneshwar Roy, father of the informant, with sickle on his knee but injury on the knee of Bhuneshwar Roy is simple in nature and there is counter version being Pirpainty P.S. case No. 213/14. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
