2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 424 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17945 of 2025(3) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
