The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 376, 323, 341, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 04 of the POCSO Act.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner in order to approach the Court below for regular bail.

Considering the aforesaid, the present application for granting anticipatory bail is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application will not cause prejudice to the petitioner and in the event, the
