Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that co-accused, namely, Gulai Sahni has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46815 of 2017 considering the fact that only material against Gulai Sahni was that he was last seen with the deceased. The case of the petitioner is on similar footing.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61566 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Banmankhi Police Station Case No. 167 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
